ALL CRYSTAL SALES ARE FINAL, no Returns or Exchanges are permitted.  Occasionally, crystal shavings come off during shipping and we can not help this.  All our pieces are carefully wrapped and packaged accordingly.  If you believe an item which you purchased has arrived damaged, you must contact The Rock Box by email at [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery of the item to make a damage claim.  The Rock Box will then contact you to discuss your claim.  If you do not hear from The Rock Box within 48 hours of the time you emailed, then you must contact The Rock Box at 973-714-0683 and talk with Kelly directly.
